I was fortunate to not only eat at St Enodoc Hotel, but to also stay there not long after Nathan Outlaw moved there. I am someone who is not a particularly ‘fishy’ person, but the person I went with, not only is a really good cook, but has dined all over the place in amazing restaurants and lived in France and all I can say is that Nathan deserves every award he has ever achieved, including his 2nd Michelin Star.
We had the best meal I have ever eaten and the service, hotel and location are stunning. Hopefully I will be back next time he is down!!
Nathan, I hope you achieve the 3rd Michelin star you wish for.
I also think that Michael Caines is a true inspiration to us all.
