The Royal Navy nuclear-powered submarine HMS Talent celebrates her twentieth anniversary since being commissioned today. HRH Princess Anne is visiting Devonport Docks to visit the crew of 130 men and women. There will be a formal ceremony and inspection – as well as a cake cutting event.
